The process
Booking
We begin with a chat to see if we are a good fit and so I can get a good understanding of the problem you’re trying to solve with new branding. I will provide you with a quote for my design services, along with a projected timeline. A deposit and agreement to my client engagement agreement will get your project onto the Heidi Lou Design books!
DISCOVER AND CREATE
And then the fun part begins. We’ll have our brand review consultation together where we dive really deep into your business goals and who your ideal client is. We go through examples of what you do and don’t like. And together, we come up with the visual solution to communicating the key idea of your brand. I’ll then go away and work my magic (sometimes popping back with a question or two) and present you with your concept. We then refine it to get the brand identity perfect for your business! Two rounds of refinement are included in the process.
ROLL OUT
If you’ve selected to have customised collateral for your business, I then use your new branding and roll it out to your business cards, flyers, social media assets and more.
launch
Then it’s go time! I’ll provide you with all exported files ready for digital and print use, along with a brand manual. I’ll show it off on social media and create some buzz for your brand new branding!
